The Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (SRTA) seeks proposals from qualified contractors with proven expertise to provide elevator maintenance services at our office building located at 1255 East Street, Redding, CA 96001. The selected contractor may also be requested to provide optional repair services.
This project is funded by various federal and state funds through our indirect cost allocation plan within our Overall Work Program. The estimated contract award is not expected to exceed $40,000 including the base maintenance scope of work and optional tasks. Actual costs will depend on the services authorized by SRTA. This contract shall be in effect for three (3) years with an option of two, one-year extensions for a total of five (5) years. The contract is expected to be completed by December 31, 2032.
