Notice of Availability: DRAFT 2027 Shasta Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP)
In accordance with the 2025 Shasta Public Participation and Title VI Plan, please be advised that SRTA’s draft Shasta 2027 Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) is available from Friday, August 21, 2026, through Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 5:00PM, for public review and comment. The draft FTIP is also posted to SRTA’s website: https://srta.ca.gov/funding-project/transportation-improvement-programs/federal-transportation-improvement-progr/ Please advise us if you need a hard copy mailed to you.
The FTIP is a four-year, financially-constrained program of federally-funded projects, as well as projects of regional significance. The FTIP includes projects for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the transportation system. The FTIP will be considered for approval by the SRTA Board of Directors at its September 30, 2026, meeting at 9:00 a.m., at which time a public hearing will be held. Interested parties may participate in the public hearing by attending in person or remotely by telephone or video conference.
