This document is Amendment 7 to Shasta County's 2025 Future Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP). It suggests several projects to make it safer for people to walk and bike. The East Palisades Multiuse Path project will build a Class 1 multiuse path, retaining walls, and concrete barriers. It will also fix drainage systems and put up fencing. The Victor Ave & Cypress Ave project will create shared paths, sidewalks, curbs, bike lanes, and safer intersections. The Shasta Dam Boulevard Complete Streets Project will add Class IV lanes, landscaped medians, better pedestrian crossings, and move a transit stop with better lighting on SR 151. The cost for these projects is $1,640,000 for the East Palisades Multiuse Path, $1,111,368 for the Victor Ave & Cypress Ave project, and $8,322,000 for the Shasta Dam Boulevard Complete Streets Project. These projects aim to make walking and biking easier and safer.
