The car would float on a road that has neodymium magnets in it. The car will also have neodymium magnets in it. It would run like an Orbit. The bumpers would also be the magnets to avoid rear end collisions. I don't know how they would stop other than putting the fan in reverse, but all the car needs is the magnets instead of wheels.
This magnet can be shaped and put into its magnetic range of N35-N52. So that's a very broad range of power. The only probablems are how would it affect buildings, environment, people and what they are wearing, and other cars, but other than that it's fine.
